Educational Psychology Support Lead

**Job Description: SEN Psychologist**
**Location:** London, UK
**Contract Type:** Full-time, Term time
**Salary:** £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEN Psychologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to students with SEN, promoting their mental health, emotional well-being, and academic success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify individual student needs and inform tailored support plans.
- Develop and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote emotional resilience and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support to students with SEN.
- Design and implement effective inclusion strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
- Provide training and workshops to staff on SEN and mental health issues.
**Requirements:**
- A recognized degree in Psychology and relevant professional qualifications.
- Registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g., HCPC).
- Proven experience working with students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
