**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Tenant Sales and Retention Executive to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to customers through outbound calling and inbound calls, while also retaining business and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling insurance policies and retaining business.
  • Utilize leads from within the company to sell insurance policies and retain business.
  • Work closely with the customer development team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Input accurate data into logs, trackers, and databases to record information and provide adequate MI and audit trails.
  • Report any problems encountered to the team leader or supervisor.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to current working practices.
  • Prepare for monthly and annual performance reviews and development appraisals.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings.
