We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the smooth execution of our construction projects. Your primary responsibilities will include estimating costs and materials, preparing reports, recruiting and hiring workers, coordinating activities, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and supervising workers and projects.

Work Environment

The work environment can be noisy and outdoors, requiring a high level of physical fitness and adaptability. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe working space at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials accurately and prepare detailed reports.
  • Recruit and hire qualified workers and oversee staffing actions.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Collaborate with project supervisors and managers to coordinate work activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to plan and execute construction tasks.
  • Supervise workers and projects, providing guidance and training as needed.


Personal Suitability
  • Excellent oral communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
  • Excellent written communication skills to prepare reports and communicate project status.


Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Permanent employment opportunity with a standard 40-hour workweek.
  • English as the primary language of work.
