Sewing Production Specialist

Sewng/Production Operatives are required for a leading manufacturer in Aspatria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company during peak production.
About the Role:
This role involves working in the sewing department, operating sewing machines to produce high-quality products. While previous experience with sewing machines is preferred, full training will be provided for candidates willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet production targets by efficiently operating sewing machines
- Maintain product quality and adhere to industry standards
- Follow operational and safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process
Requirements:
- Previous sewing machine experience (desired but not essential)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing circumstances
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, backshift working pattern
- Pay rate: £12.27 per hour plus shift allowance
