We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education to our young children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care and development of children in our nursery setting.
- Provide feedback to parents and carers on their child's progress and development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements and implement them in your practice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A National Diploma in Early Years Childcare or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
- Able to work flexibly and as part of a team.
