Position Overview

As an Engineering Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen equipment. You'll be responsible for supervising installations, repairs, and maintenance, as well as coordinating with the engineering team and hotel technicians to meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring all work requests are accurately logged and completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Engineering to coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless communication with the hotel's operations team.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel staff, contractors, and suppliers to drive efficiency and quality in our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve our engineering processes and services.
