• Developing and implementing effective strategies to meet the needs of our residents with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours
• Building strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our staff to create a positive and supportive community
Requirements:
• Strong experience in residential services and learning disabilities
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
