Sales Growth Manager

We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join B&M Retail Ltd.
This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 per annum and the opportunity to drive sales growth and exceptional store standards in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a track record of driving sales growth and store standards, looking for their next step in their retail career. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent leadership skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth strategies, leading a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and exceptional store standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service and staff engagement.
