SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is £11.44 per hour.
Job DescriptionThis is a hands-on, varied role where you will be out on Park but will also support with administrative tasks related to the department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Cleaning Services Team Manager with planning, preparation, and activity attributed to the day-to-day operation of the Cleaning Services department.
- Supporting with stock management and orders, team rota's, recruitment, and team training, budget performance, safety, and legislative compliance checks.
- Ensuring the delivery of a clean and safe environment for our Guests, monitoring daily service and tasks, responding to feedback, and addressing areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience within Cleaning or Facilities Operations as a Coordinator, Assistant, or Administrator.
- The ability to work at pace and under pressure while remaining organized.
- Experience of planning and organizing operational tasks, stock control, and managing budgets.
- Confidence in dealing with Guest concerns, with the ability to resolve problems, show empathy, and understanding.
