We are seeking an experienced Transport Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our courier services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all reporting is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure all drivers, both PAYE and ISP, are fully compliant with PDA usage and adhere to company policies.
  • Proactively review the service job by job, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport operations management.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with a 1-hour unpaid break and a contractual 45 hours per week.
