The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Project Lead within the industrial sector.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.

The successful Engineering Project Lead will have a strong understanding of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. You will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
