Job Summary

We are seeking a Commissioning Home Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of person-centred care in one of our new build homes. As a Commissioning Home Manager, you will drive recruitment for the home, building and developing a brand new team to deliver the best quality care for our residents.

About You
  • You will have inspirational leadership skills with a passion for person centred care.
  • You will have a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding personalised care through continuous improvement.
  • You will have experience of managing/opening a new build.
  • You will have community engagement and marketing skills to drive occupancy.
  • You will have excellent organisational and management skills.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a competitive bonus scheme and a range of benefits including profit share, quality based bonuses, and career development pathways.
