You will work independently to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures, and provide quotations for outstanding actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake planned maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with specifications and procedures
  • Perform reactive fault finding and repairs, including electrical tests and recording results
  • Provide quotations for outstanding actions and complete electronic/paperwork records
  • Support clients as required, including emergency call-out support

Requirements:

  • Formal Electrical Qualification
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar Facilities Management role
  • Mechanical or Plumbing Qualification
