About the Role

Frankly Recruitment is currently seeking a Social Impact and Relationship Development Lead to develop and implement social value strategies aligned with business objectives and client priorities.

This role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for positive social impact, including workforce development, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

  • Develop and implement social value initiatives that align with business objectives and client priorities.
  • Lead community engagement efforts by working with local authorities, charities, schools, and other organizations to support initiatives such as training programs, employment support, and community regeneration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38k per annum, plus benefits such as car allowance, company pension scheme, and flexible working arrangements.
