About the Role:

  • Lead on-site energy audits and engagement to better understand building services, controls, user behaviors, and operational controls impacting energy performance.
  • Focus on remote analytics, monitoring, and targeting, as well as supporting our Building Energy Management System (BEMS) team in optimizing energy management systems.
  • Develop 'quick win' energy projects and support longer-term capital expenditure replacement projects.
  • Serve as an interface between Facilities Management and project delivery teams for energy-related programs to ensure overall sustainability goals are met.
  • Collaborate with Operations colleagues and provide practical advice and guidance on energy savings initiatives to foster a culture of collaboration and support.
