Job Title: Air Condition Engineer

Vital Human Resources is seeking a skilled Air Condition Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Air Condition Engineer to carry out fault finding and planned maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment associated with commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out fault finding and planned maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
  • Undertake day-to-day operation, planned maintenance, fault finding, rectification, and repair of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
  • Clearly identify and record details when rectifying breakdowns and further action required to eliminate or minimize future problems.
  • Communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems, alteration to planned preventative maintenance, and technical information.
  • Participate in an on-call rota.

Requirements:

  • Time served/apprenticed within a relevant mechanical/air conditioning discipline.
  • C&G/NVQ in Ventilation and/or Air Conditioning.
  • City and Guilds F-Gas Certificate.
  • Basic competence in Electrical and Controls systems associated with Mechanical Services.
  • Able to diagnose faults and put forward and complete appropriate rectification measures.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence.
