Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

BMR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dunbar.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in FMCG/high-volume manufacturing environments to fill the role of Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. As the sole engineer on site, you will be responsible for the maintenance of all manufacturing machinery, including electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the production plant, as well as providing support to the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on manufacturing machinery
  • Responsible for plant maintenance and operation in the absence of the Factory Manager
  • Work independently and be accountable for the production plant
  • Provide support to the production team and ensure efficient and safe operation of the plant

Requirements:

  • Strong background in FMCG/high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Electrically and mechanically skilled
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing machinery
