Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Regional Generator Engineer to join our team at GAP Group LTD. As a key member of our regional team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient servicing and maintenance of our generator fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel across regional depots and customer sites to identify and repair faults or damage to equipment, including Stage V generators, AMF/MDU, and distribution & cable systems.
  • Accurately update service records and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Work effectively under pressure and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to workload.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve regional goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Generator Engineer with a relevant mechanical qualification or time-served background.
  • Sound knowledge of Stage V engines and generators is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
