Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be responsible for dealing with clients who are purchasing homes, attending meetings, taking client instructions, liaising with builders, and managing the purchase and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deal with clients who are purchasing homes, including attending meetings and taking client instructions
• Liaise with builders to keep clients up to date with progression
• Manage the purchase and sales processes, including remortgages
• Work closely with the residential conveyancing team to ensure seamless client service

Requirements:

• Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a related role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulations
