Business Operations Coordinator

Our client, a well-established company with over 80 years of experience, supplies quality and bespoke products to the Hospitality and Leisure markets in the UK and overseas. They work closely with designers and manufacturing partners to develop new products and tailor-made solutions.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our procurement and sales teams. As a Sales and Purchasing Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory levels
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery schedules
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes and presentations
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
While professional experience and qualifications are essential for this role, we also value candidates with preferable soft skills, such as teamwork, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
