Job Title: Visiting Scheme Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Visiting Scheme Manager to join our team at Clarion Housing. As a Visiting Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our residents, ensuring their well-being and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the general maintenance of the building, including organizing repairs and maintenance of communal areas and the structure of the property.
  • Oversee contractors who are on annual contracts and carry out the communal cleaning, gardening, and window cleaning.
  • Develop and nurture good working relationships with residents, contractors, and clients.
  • Provide excellent communication skills, advising and empathizing with residents, and being the first point of contact for any resident complaints, leasehold enquires, or property alterations.
  • Use applications such as Outlook and Word to manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of building maintenance and property management.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Outlook and Word.
