Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EHS Director to lead our Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) efforts across the GB&I business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing EHS strategies that align with our company's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain operational EHS standards, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, regulatory requirements, environmental permits, and monitoring programs.
- Develop EHS strategic plans for the GB&I business, focusing on mid- and long-term improvement initiatives.
- Lead incident management through effective decision-making, communication, and RCA investigations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Operational EHS leadership experience, preferably in a FMCG role.
- Proven expertise in EHS & sustainability management, supported by NEBOSH Level 6, IEMA, or relevant qualifications.
