Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at FPR Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with purchasing, customer service, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
- Provide supply chain support, inventory management, and procurement services
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring effective training, development, and safeguarding
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Ensure accurate inventory management and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role
- Strong inventory management skills and experience with supply chain logistics
- Ability to work to multiple deadlines and priorities
- Demonstrable experience with cost-saving initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical documentation
- Proven people management skills
