About the Role:
This exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and caring Nursery Assistant to join a professional team at a private nursery in Cwmbran. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of the children, including playwork, reading, storytelling, and arts and crafts. You will also contribute to creating a safe, secure, and caring environment where children feel happy, relaxed, and confident.
Requirements and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months' experience in an educational establishment or a childcare qualification, with a good knowledge of the EYFS and Child Protection/Safeguarding procedures. They will be able to create a fun learning environment for all and have a caring, positive approach to working with young children.
