Project Manager

Keltbray Infrastructure Services is seeking a highly skilled Projects & Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budgetary requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage project volumes, status, and time scales to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage and monitor the creation and return of Target Pricing, ensuring compliance with contractual timelines and procedures.
- Combine and manage high-level programs for client district projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and budget management.
- Ensure works are programmed to meet or exceed budgeted values, and manage and monitor change management to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Submit Early Warnings (EWN) and Compensation Events (CE's) in line with contractual timelines and procedures, and ensure additional costs are claimed from clients.
- Provide weekly updates on project progress, change management, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
- Conduct tasks as instructed by your line manager and maintain a positive attitude, promoting business development and compliance with Keltbray Health & Safety Policy, Procedures, and guidance notes.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6.
- Ability to prepare level 3 plans, produce summary level 1 views, and conduct critical path analysis.
- Experience in planning updates, management templates, and risk evaluation/analysis exercises.
