Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise the reinsurance asset by accurately recording and maintaining policy terms, ensuring timely and accurate calculation and issuance of reinsurance recoveries.
  • Ensure correct booking, advising, and settling of reinsurance premium and related expenses under Contractual Terms.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members and external partners to expedite receipt of reinsurance funds.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the insurance industry, with demonstrable knowledge of insurance and reinsurance.
  • Able to interpret and analyse reinsurance contract language to accurately assess the applicability of cover.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with examples of optimal utilisation.
  • Delivery-oriented, motivated to succeed, and eager to drive personal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
