About Us

Dean Forge Limited is a dynamic company that requires an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join its team. As an Office Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Utilise Sage for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and document preparation.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Sage would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Strong clerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Competent in data entry with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with general administrative procedures is advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

  • £11.44-£12.50 per hour (dependent on experience).
  • Company pension scheme.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday.
  • 40 hours per week.
