About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Procurement Project Manager to join our team at Transition Partners. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring an off-the-shelf recruitment software solution for our client's division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Identify and document software requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to evaluate potential suppliers and solutions.
- Tender Management: Lead and manage the full tender process, from preparation to vendor selection.
- Vendor Evaluation: Assess and compare vendors based on quality, cost, and suitability.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure favourable agreements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, finance, and business leaders, to ensure alignment throughout the project.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant policies and report on project progress to management.
Requirements:
- Recruitment Software Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of recruitment software solutions.
- Procurement Expertise: Proven expertise in procurement, including tender management and contract negotiation.
