Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance leading up to and during exams delivery
  • Sources, implements, and troubleshoots digital systems and devices used in exams delivery
  • Logs and reports technical incidents, making improvement plans to mitigate issues
  • Trains and supports venue staff technicians in exams and products technical knowledge delivery
  • Liaises with software suppliers to submit technical issues and advise on solutions

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for vendor support and monitoring, relationship management, and risk compliance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B/C customer service environment
  • Excellent computer skills, solid knowledge of hardware and software
  • Understanding and experience of risk and compliance management
  • Troubleshooting experience of hardware, software, and network devices (desirable)
