We are looking for a skilled Urban Development Planner to join our team in Greater Manchester.

We act for high-profile clients, including major land owners, developers, and occupiers, working across various sectors such as industrial and logistics, residential, development and regeneration, education, and healthcare.

As an Urban Development Planner, you will be responsible for preparing planning appraisals to establish the development potential of sites, undertaking independent planning policy and planning history research, and engaging with stakeholders involved in the planning process.

You will also have exposure to a broad range of planning work, from site visits and client meetings to providing assistance in promoting strategic development sites.

To succeed in this role, you should be a chartered town planner with excellent analytical and writing skills, strong planning and organisational abilities, and confidence in communicating effectively with clients, consultees, and the public.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive team environment.
