We are currently working with a housing association to find a skilled Roofer to carry out maintenance and repairs on external social housing properties in the Bolton, Blackburn, and Wigan areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out all aspects of roofing repairs
  • Repairing and replacing roof tiles
  • Felting and flat roof repairs
  • Soffits and fascia maintenance
  • Re-roofing

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential properties
  • Excellent social skills and customer service
  • Asbestos awareness certificate desirable
