Print Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Indicia Worldwide. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing production briefs received from clients, ensuring they are executed by our suppliers efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage POS projects/campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-standard completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time and to specifications, adhering to SLAs and contractual agreements.
- Provide technical input and advice on print projects as needed.
- Take comprehensive briefs from clients and manage projects from inception to completion.
- Create detailed specifications for internal and external clients.
- Work as a team to meet contractual obligations, prepare presentations, and complete account administration and reporting.
- Collaborate with our suppliers to ensure the best service standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Support in operational information processes and reporting.
- Accountable for compliance.
- Negotiate costings and timescales for each job and select the most appropriate supplier.
- 2-3 years of print/POS production and general operational print experience.
- Relevant project management or supplier liaison and sourcing experience will be considered positively.
- Experience in POS project management; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, organisational, and technical skills in print processes.
- Previous experience working in print/print management/print buying/marketing print procurement essential.
- High level of print, 2D and 3D POS knowledge with a detailed understanding of different techniques.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential with the ability to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.
