We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team at The Newt in Somerset. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of retail operations, and contributing to the success of our luxury country estate.
About the Role- Lead and manage a team of retail staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality retail operations.
- Assist with retail budgeting, inventory management, and stock ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations Manager to achieve business objectives and improve retail performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and maintain a safe and hygienic environment in our retail stores.
