Senior Care Assistant Leader

As a Residential Unit Leader, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, and driving the growth of the 24-hour business. You'll work closely with the management team to implement policies and procedures, manage staff costs, and drive occupancy within the care home.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ level 3 or above in care, experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant, and excellent team management skills. They'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
Key responsibilities:
