About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Officer to join our dedicated team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will be responsible for providing essential facilities management services across multiple sites in Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Facilities Manager with planned maintenance, including overseeing repairs and ensuring projects comply with regulations.
  • Work closely with external contractors to monitor the quality of work and ensure facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with all legal standards.
  • Project manage, report, and develop solutions that align with business needs and organisational goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum HND/HNC in Building Surveying or a relevant technical qualification.
  • Experience in facilities management, contract administration, and project management within cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of construction techniques, building standards, and health and safety regulations.
  • Experience with CAD and producing warrant drawings.
  • A full driving licence.
What We Offer

In addition to working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, you will receive a competitive salary of £32,000 - £36,000 depending on experience, a car allowance, and a generous pension contribution.
