Role Overview:


Are you a skilled Orthopaedic Physiotherapist seeking a dynamic weekend coverage position? We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our patients on weekends and bank holidays.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver physiotherapy management to assigned patient load, adhering to Bupa clinical governance standards.
  • Conduct specialist assessments, utilizing reflective practice and clinical reasoning to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation.
  • Manage clinical risk within your caseload, effectively communicating and mitigating potential risks.
  • Liaise with nursing staff, addressing new admissions and providing assistance as needed.
  • Communicate new patient additions to relevant colleagues, promoting seamless care coordination.

Requirements:



  • Current registration with HCPC and CSP.
  • Extensive post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal medicine.
  • Post-graduate qualifications desirable, e.g., MSc or MACP.
  • Experience in treating private patients and sports injuries.
  • Excellent customer service skills and understanding of service excellence drivers.
