Project Administrator

Bayman Atkinson Smythe Limited is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their expanding major projects team in Oldham, North Manchester.

This is an office-based role, working 8am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday, with flexibility to cover shifts including 8.30pm to 5.00pm or 9am to 5.30pm when required.

The Role

As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the back-office administration function for the major projects team, reporting to the Project Manager.

  • Log tender information onto the CRM system
  • Create new projects on the CRM system
  • Ensure Engineer timesheet information is received in a timely manner
  • Enter and post Engineer timesheets daily
  • Create purchase orders in accordance with instructions and organise deliveries
  • Approve small purchase invoices
  • Assist the Project Coordinator with various tasks
  • Provide administration support to the Project Sales team
  • Provide administration support to the field team
  • Manage Engineer's holiday request forms
  • Ensure any project-related issues are highlighted and resolved to completion

We are looking for an excellent communicator with high organisational skills, able to forward plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
