Procurement Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at BAE Systems. As a key member of our Integrated Delivery Team, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts to de-risk our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with cross-programme stakeholders to ensure smooth contract execution
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet programme requirements
• Collaborate with the Integrated Delivery Team to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Maintain accurate reporting and data management in line with programme needs

Salary: £38,734 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About You:

• Experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• A strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
