### Role Overview

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student to provide tailored support that meets their unique needs. Your role will involve:

#### Key Responsibilities

* Assisting the student with daily classroom activities and assignments.
* Implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting learning materials.
* Supporting the student's social and emotional development.
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to the student's education.
* Monitoring and recording the student's progress and communicating findings effectively.

### Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role or working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is preferred.
* A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
* Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEN support is a plus.
