About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic ETF Product Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our UK Distribution team, you will be responsible for driving asset growth for our ETFs across the UK and other European regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a detailed country-level distribution plan to grow ETF share of market in the region.
  • Partner closely with internal groups to deliver client-centric solutions.
  • Represent GSAM ETFs at industry events and contribute to product development ideas.
  • Deliver feedback on competitor dynamics and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7-10 years of experience in the fund management industry.
  • Proven track record of raising assets and managing multiple client relationships.
  • Strong technical and commercial skills and experience in working with and through a larger distribution team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
