We are seeking an experienced and skilled Banqueting Head Chef to join our team at Peaks & Dales Recruitment. As a Banqueting Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our banqueting kitchen team and ensuring the smooth operation of our function kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the banqueting kitchen team and ensure the delivery of high-quality food and service to our clients.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Manage the kitchen budget and ensure that costs are controlled and minimized.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure that all events are well-planned and executed.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a busy banqueting kitchen in an award-winning hotel or venue.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and service to clients.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
