Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Description:
The IT Director will oversee the daily operations of our IT Support Team, ensuring efficient management and service delivery. Key responsibilities include guaranteeing the availability and optimal performance of our ERP system and other critical business applications. The successful candidate will also cultivate and strengthen partnerships with our IT Managed Service Provider and other strategic vendors.

As a key figure within our IT department, the IT Director will lead the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects. This includes providing strategic and tactical input into the direction of IT services and infrastructure. The role also involves developing and enforcing IT and cybersecurity processes to safeguard the business, enhance resilience, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management. Previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role is essential. ITIL Certification is also required. Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers is necessary. Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration is also a must.

Key skills and qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT management
• Previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role
• ITIL Certification
• Proficiency with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers
• Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Teams, and Entral ID/Active Directory administration
