The successful candidate will be accountable for achieving personal production targets, maintaining key operational metrics, and adhering to health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture products in accordance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Achieve personal production targets and maintain key operational metrics.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in housekeeping improvement activities and maintain a clean and safe production area.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and learn new skills through the formal training process.
  • Contribute to the Health and Safety culture of the business and adhere to the Health and Safety policy.
  • Adhere to various inspection points and data collection defined in the SOPs.
  • Raise issues to your line manager when you discover quality issues.
  • Raise improvement ideas to improve the quality of the production line or the product itself.

Requirements:

  • Working on your own initiative and managing your time effectively.
  • Ability to recognise and highlight production issues.
  • Ability to motivate self and others.
  • Team player.
  • Attention to detail.
  • IT Literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills.
