Job Title: Project Planner

About the Role:

Engenda Group is seeking a skilled Project Planner to oversee project performance, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to create comprehensive and realistic project plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Implement robust progress tracking mechanisms to monitor the project's performance and promptly address any deviations from the plan.
  • Prepare clear and concise project reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project planning and execution efficiency.
  • Conduct critical path analysis to identify the most time-sensitive activities, providing insights to the project team for better decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must, with a track record of successfully planning and managing complex engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
