About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate French specialist to undertake the role of Lead Practitioner of Modern Foreign Languages and join our fantastic language department at Ark Victoria Academy.

The right candidate will be instrumental in our mission to provide every student with a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background. A passionate practitioner, you will deliver high-quality, rigorous lessons that drive achievement and inspire a love of learning that extends beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support staff development through coaching and CPD within the MFL Team and beyond.
  • Raise the profile of all languages, including community languages, so our linguists can flourish.
  • Keep up to date with relevant research and subject pedagogy and be prepared to undertake additional CPD to effectively lead in MFL.
