Retail Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a modern and busy grocery retail store with a strong deli offering and full convenience shop, including an off-licence department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site runs efficiently and smoothly, achieving maximum profitability and meeting financial objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent standards in merchandising, customer service, and hygiene, reflecting positively on the company's reputation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Retail Grocery Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar retail food environment.
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, including deli chargehands, Assistant Managers, and Supervisors.
  • Commercially astute, with a focus on increasing revenue by understanding the retail landscape and managing costs effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Labour Law, Health & Safety regulations, HACCP, and Consumer Law.
