\u2022 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
\u2022 Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
\u2022 Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
\u2022 Multitasking and prioritizing daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.
\u2022 Identify top driving talent for our clients.
\u2022 Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed targets.
\u2022 Confidently handle telephone sales.
\u2022 Manage and retain drivers, building strong relationships with professional drivers.
\u2022 Handle on-call duties (after training).
\u2022 What We're Looking for:
\u2022 Minimum 18 months of experience in recruitment sales.
\u2022 Knowledge of EU driving hours & Working Time Directive (WTD).
\u2022 Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, etc.).
\u2022 Strong organizational skills.
\u2022 Communication Superstars – strong written and verbal skills.
\u2022 Ability to build strong relationships with both clients and drivers.
\u2022 A team player with a can-do attitude.
\u2022 Full driving license.
\u2022 Self-driven and motivated to grow in a dynamic environment.
\u2022 Desirable but not essential:
\u2022 Tech-savvy with a good mid to expert understanding of MS packages and Outlook.
