Nursery Teaching Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our team at Step Teachers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in creating engaging and stimulating activities that promote learning and development.
  • Provide pastoral support to children, fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing feedback on children's progress and achievements.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of activities that promote learning and development.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as an EYFS Teaching Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
