Academic Mentor (English) Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Academic Mentor to join our successful English department. As an Academic Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students who require additional small group or one-on-one assistance. Your primary focus will be to help students progress academically and mitigate the impact of lost learning caused by the Covid pandemic.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide academic support to students in small group or one-on-one settings
* Help students progress academically and address learning gaps
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback

Requirements:
