Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Assistant Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably in a construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in contract management software an advantage.
